SSC SI ASI Recruitment 2016 Apply Online

Age Limit: The candidates have age between 20-25 years may apply for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF. There will be relaxation in upper age for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, Ex- serviceman as per government norms. The candidates should check the official notification for further details.
Education Qualification: The candidates having valid Bachelor’s degree may apply for the above said post. Apart from this, the MALE candidates who are applying for Delhi Police must possess and also carry a valid driving license for LMV as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Test.
Pay Scale: There will be a pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 for Sub Inspector Posts in Delhi Police and CAPFs while pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- for Assistant Sub Inspector Posts in CISF.
Examination Fee: The candidates have to pay Rs.100/- as an online application fee through SBI Challan/Net Banking and any credit card or debit card.
Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted for paying the fee, as per government rules.
Mode of Selection: The candidates have to face written examination. The exam will consist of two papers. The written examination for Paper 1 will be held on 20-3-2016 while Paper 2 will be held on 05-06-2016. Apart from this candidates will have to undergo Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). These tests are mandatory for all the posts.
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their total marks in the written examination in Paper 1 and 2. The candidates will be recommended for appointment by the Commission on the basis of total marks in the written examination. There will be no interview component.
Syllabus: The paper 1 will contain four parts i.e. General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each part will consist of 50 questions containing 1 mark for each question i.e. Paper 1 will have 200 questions with totals 200 marks.
Paper 2 will be of 200 questions with maximum marks 200 and contains questions of English language and Comprehension. The candidates have to solve paper 2 in two hours.

Delhi Police Recruitment 2016
The candidates, who want to apply for Delhi Police Recruitment 2016 SI post carries pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- and is classified as Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police. A valid driving license for LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) is mandatory for the male candidates. The candidates that found without a valid driving license will not be allowed to undergo Physical Endurance and Standard Test.
